Creative Writing Contest

By popular demand, PowWows.com announced the first Creative Writing Cotnest!

Submissions can be any type of writing including poetry, short stories, etc. The subject must be focused on some aspect of Pow Wows.

Entries are open until August 31, 2005. All submissions must be submitted online:

All entries will then be placed in a poll on September 1, 2005. The poll will be open until September 30, 2005. The top 5 submissions will advance to the final round.

The final poll will open on October 1, 2005 and close on October 31, 2005.

Prizes
1st Place
iPod Shuffle

1,000,000 Points

2nd Place
$50 Cash
500,000 Points

3rd Place
$25 Cash
250,000 Points

is there a limit on length? and will the names not be visible when the voting starts?

No limit on length. Names will not be shown during voting.

So are the submissions going to be poetry, short stories and are they going to be judged against each other in one inclusive category.

How many pieces of writing can you enter.

Is it restricted to amateurs.

When you submit a written entry will others know it is from you or will it be blind entries.

Not trying to be difficult, just trying to be clear on the guidelines.
