I've also lowered the minimum number of posts to use a custom avatar to 150.

After looking at the post totals for everyone, I've decided to move the required number of posts to have custom avatar to 75.

You either have to find one or use a graphics program to make one.

I try to upload some that I think will be the most popular for everyone here.

But there are dozens of sites full of avatars, and those of you who can have custom avatars can download these yourself.
