kentucky derby festival contest pow wow
so who is all goin to the kentucky derby festival pow wow this weekend april 27- 29 ... i was planning on going to gatherings but as most of u know plans change...
Host Drum :Midnite Express MC: Osceola Red Shirt Grand Entry Friday 7:00pm Saturday, noon and 7:00pm Sunday, 1:00pm Dance Contest Seniors (55+) $700/500/300/100 Adults (18-54): $700/500/300/100 Teens (13-17): $300/150/75/50 Juniors (6-12): $100/75/50/25 Tiny Tots (under 6): Day Money **Drum Competition - $1000 winner take all. **Team Dance Special hope to see some of u there......i will probably be there late friday nite but i am guna make it..

it was a hot one
the smell of gas & diesel all weekend was quit awfull when your singing..shows how much were doing to mother earth..congrats to maza napin winner take all...grass-eagle northern...southern hill...bear creek.... the comm pulled in a large crowd...and boy was that fun trying to get to the pow-wow sat morn thanks to tha marathon
 but all in all it was a good first event...

well except for the whole maron thing on saterday n then saterday durin my contest about the last round through my knee popped out of socket and i tried dancin on it but it hurt like no other... but i toughd it out and i was head lady dancer saterday evening session.... all tha drums were jammin out dis weekend i was singin with southern hil and sometims with a few of the other drums.,.... and ooo wee sunday was really hot i got tanned...lol and well as for the winner all i can remember is teen girls traditional 1st-cecilia hill mens grass 1st-SIR ronnie preston 2nd-josh richardson 3rd- john teller 4th- way way womens jingle 1st place- rowena roberts josee star got either 2nd or 3rd it was a good weekend though...had lots of fun

haha the mc...and the guy who got 2nd in men's grass were tryin to compete against each other for SUMTHING i hear...ayez jp babez hahahahahaha...dang....got stoney creek boyz n southern xtreme..but wheres waterbird? GEEZ
