If you missed this powwow you missed a good one. It was small but was done in a good way with good hearts. Sure there were mistakes made being a new powwow but the people who put on the powwow are still learning. Problems were resolved in a good way in a timely fashon.

I can say a lot more good things but others may want to say good things about this powwow.

The one thing I will say is that I was honored to provide the sound system for this powwow. I was greeted in a good way and everything I needed was taken care of as requested before we entered the powwow grounds. The powwow comittee made sure our electric power requirments for the sound system were as needed and in place ready to go. We arrived friday evening just after dark-thirty and were parked in place for unloading. While we were unloading our sound system, and staging it in place for setup early on saturday morning, we were offered a gesture of fellowship in the form of a nice latenight light meal. It was greatly appriciated.

We awoke just before sunrise on saturday to start our sound setup. It was a welcome sight to see that fresh coffee, juice, and donuts were provided to give us that extra jumpstart we needed so early in the morning. Our techs recepocated in kind by having the sound system setup and tested long before the gates opened to the public.

When my techs are treated like this, they pull out all the stops and go above and beyond for a comittee.

Hi, I am new to Powwows.com so if I'm doing this wrong, I apologize. I just experienced my very first Powwow at the Crying Eagle Village, and all I can say is WOW! I can't think of a time in my life where I enjoyed myself so much. I am so happy to have been invited to be a part of it. If I could, I would do nothing but go to Powwows every weekend, but that is not so. I do hope to go to the Atwood Lakes Powwow though, and I already promised to go back to Crying Eagle Village next year. I made some really nice friends there and hope to be able to learn more throughout the year.

Glad to see you enjoyed yourself. For me powwow is a way of life. I go to 25 to 35 a year.

OK, I know who you are, not ugly!! I remember your family very well. You are the K in TKMJ correct?
We will be camped out at Atwood hopefully close to Twospirits place. They are who got me interested in the Powwow in the first place. See you next week in Atwood!!!
