I don't remember all the winners.....had a good time tho'. It was nice to see some of the Pow-wow family I haven't seen for awhile.....good to see Willow out & about. War Scout and Grey Hawk jammed out real good!

Like just about every other pow-wow.......some of the results were questionable/off-the-mark.

Merle EagleSpeaker, December Arriwite, and Michelle Guzman are great dancers. They are from Fort Hollywood, like me.

I forgot to say that it is good to see Willow up walking around and enjoying the powwows again!!!
I had seen her walk by herself a few weeks ago and I thought that her recovery was inspirational to many people.

I had a good time at this powwow it was good to see people I haven't seen for a while. Willow did look really good. Michelle won the fancy shawl special: She was jammin!

And the best thing that happened this weekend was watching my boys dance. My nephew has been dancing for about two years now and this weekend something just clicked! He was dancing so good. And you know that little kids just dance with all of their heart. We all just looked at each other and his mom said "where did he learn to do that?!" And his grandma was crying. It was sooo cute. We were so happy for him. Stuff like that helps to remind me of what dancing is really about.
