CYC pow wow

again this was an awesome pow wow. had a really good feeling to it and lots of dances. there were seven drums there Sat night.

the drums were: Young Spirit, Mossy Creek, Birdtown Crossing, MGD, Otter Creek, High Water, and i've forgotten the other one (i'm sorry).

all of the head staff did a wonderful job, like normal. and made everyone feel right at home.

the compitions were tough to watch, so i know they had to be tough to judge. Fancystar did a good job of picking judges to help her out.

as always the committe did a wonderful job putting the pow wow together. and i plan on going back to this again and again.

singerdad...........please tell everyone on the committe thank you for this.

Thanks to everyone who came out to dance, sing, or just help out. Our fourth annual was the best yet, and we hope to keep getting better and better. The seventh drum was Awohali from Cherokee.

Hopefully, we'll have a winner's list and some pics to post up later this week when we get our bearings again :)

Thanks to Tigger for volunteering his time. Thanks to Fancy Star for the wonderful job judging, and thanks to Webbie for broadcasting this event live on powwows.com!

it needs to be in a bigger place next year if possible. it is starting to get alittle bit crowded.
