DAng I wanted to go to the Stn. Mnt. Powwow but couldn't make it..I did go to Lawrenceville last month or maybe it was September, this crs drives me crazy! ANyone go to Stone Mountain?

Stone MTN was excellent.
i went,
Although i didn't comepete I had a blast! I danced Grand entry and veteran song and intertribals. I think the MC said there were about 68 or 69 dancers on saturday. The host drum was Bufallo Horse along with 2 other drums i think. I had an excellent time. I met so many people and made new friends. I just can't wait until next year when i compete. Watch out all of your men traditional dancers. *lol* j/k thx, mike

I got there late on Sunday.. I missed alot of it.. The hoop dancer was quite awsome.. I was with a friend from work and she was so excited dragging me one booth to the other. I didn't know anything about the Lawrenceville powwow until the day before I happened to see a sign that was not very visible as I was driving by.. Then I wasn't sure about so I looked it up on the internet when I got home and sure nuff it was on the net..

hey.
hey,
Hows it going? Just out of curiousity which dancer were u? I danced on Saturday and Sunday. The reason I am asking is because this was my first powwow for dancing(although i didn't compete) and I am trying to make friends on the powwow trail.

hey u GA peeps
I wanted to go to stone mtn but I was up in MAryland. I was at Larenceville and Euharlee, trying to make some friends since my parents just moved to GA 2 months ago. I am in between MD and GA.
(lovlie1 I think u already greeted me on the newB page. thanx.) MAybe we should meet up sometime, those of u who are in the area and wanna make friends.I will back in GA before thanxgiving but the I will be out of the country for a short while but if anyone is interested feel free to contact me and we can figure something out.
