I wouldn't believe their posters, I remember I got there on a wednesday to be there for thursday because the poster said they were gonna take points. They didn't though and we spent extra money flying in early plus lodging costs for nothing..... so believe it if you want but the poster isn't always accurate. We still had fun though so I'm not really complaining... I'm just saying......

Well lets see. for the drum there is snake island, battle river, eagle flight, silver cloud, southern gun. red boys. eastern eagle., the boyz, war scout, and southern boys. that all for now. o yes there 2 in youth singing contest.

I was talking to my friend out there and she mentioned that The Boyz, Southern Boys and Meskwaki Nation....but I am sure there is more. lol

correction not Meskwaki Nation....I wasn't paying attention to the texts closely. lmao....sorry.....

Our daughter is there but didn't say what drums are. Will ask her when she calls. Danced in a special last night, got 4th. Hope it is a good weekend for her.

Daughter says drums are: The Boyz, Meskwaki Nation, Snake Island, Southern Boyz, Warscout. There's about 13 northern and 5 southern drums so far.

Toni, Danita, Michelle Flyingman and Erin....guess it was open to all women. She said one in every category. I guess that was the only one last night. Grand entry is at noon today.

heard rooster won the chicken special......rowena won jingle special....
not too many dancers, not many drums, also heard this would be the last year for schemitzun......but i've heard that before in the past....lol but this year's turnout seems like one of the smallest ever. i dunno?!?!?!??! wish i was there though!
