Pdub in Towaoc, Colorado next weekend!
Hey y'all there is a decent powwow in Towaoc, Colorado last night, hosted by the tribe and the Ute Mountain Ute Casino.. have a flyer nor info on it, but it's gonna be a good one and I was surprised that no one else mentioned it here, but mah reli and good fren Mr. Merle Tendoy is the Master of Ceremonies!
This tribe ALWAYS puts up a good time, for real, good singing, location, food, hosts and all that for all. Sooo check it out and if you've the time, gas and talent, get out there and have some fun. I do have a phone # 1-800-258-8007 and I think the website is utemountaincasino.com and utemountainute.com fyi. Hmm...yeah, thas about it.

uhmm this past weekend there was the Beardance powwow. . . i only remember the drum contest winners. . . .1st went to Mile High
2nd Buckwild & 3rd went to Stonecreek or stoney creek (?) |

I went the first night but missed the 2nd. The singing was right on though, dang, lotsa good sounding drums and singing!! Lotta primetime dancers too.
