Three small pow wows in March near Sea/Tac Bookmark and Share

First up, Surprise Lake Middle School Vendor set up around five pm and pow wow visitors at seven pm. March 7 at Surprise Lake Middle School in Fife Washington . A nice little Indian education pow wow.

I attended the last Muckleshoot Pow wow and it was announced that there would be one last winter pow wow on Saturday, March 8th, 2008. I really enjoyed the last one as a vendor. I love having a good view of the dancing and being able to hear the drums. Plus free frybread and stew makes me a happy vendor. The pow wow starts somewhere between five and seven pm, with the drums really starting after seven.

Lastly, the last Chief Leschi School pow wow on March 15th, vendors officially in at five pm, first come, first served, and pow wow commencing usually on time around seven pm.

After that, Nisqually and Suquamish, two three day pow wows. Whee!
