I finally signed all the final contracts for this year's Gathering of Nations special Hotel Rates.

The 2 Hotels that will be representing are the:

Fairfield Inn Airport by Marriott
TBA . will know the rates by end of February

Towneplace Suites Airport by Marriott

**All Suite hotel includes Full Kitchen -grab and go breakfast, i.e., bagles, cereal, fruit, etc but has a nice kitchen for cooking, microwave, refridgerator in the room, and its extremely roomy. All year around Jacuzzi, 2 laundry facilities, 24 hour fitness room, etc

$75.00 per night plus tax. Limited double double rooms, lots of queen rooms with pull out sofa-very comfortable

**2 bedroom suites at $105.00 per night plus tax - this is a steal!! Each room as 2 seperate rooms, small dining area, living room, full kitchen, and bathroom.

**** ALL rooms have a full length mirror, its great
No internet rates available, usually its $149.00

****there is a 10.00 booking fee per reservation, group rates are discounted****

FYI, the hotel rates in this area are $90.00 and above. I pride myself by servicing all my clients with the best hotels at the lowest rates.

Book now, as space does go really fast. I may have an alternative hotel, the Hawthorne Inn & Suites but the rates will be 80.00 and higher.

Hey Everyone,

Now the updated news!! The Fairfield has released some rooms to me. So for those of you who booked the Towneplace, if you choose to do so, you may change your hotel to the Fairfield. Both properties are great but the Towneplace is the only one with full kitchen facilities.

For those of you who are still procrastinating, the deadline for the special rates are March 28th!! Otherwise all the rooms will be released to general inventory and the special rates will not be honored. So contact me via email or phone asap. The cancellation policies are 72 hours in advance.


Fairfield Inn Airport by Marriott
$75.00 per night plus tax, double double rooms and Kings
**includes complimentary breakfast

Towneplace Suites Airport by Marriott
$75.00 per night plus tax, limited double double rooms, queen rooms with pull out sofa
2 bedroom Suites at $105.00 per night plus tax (a savings of at least 50.00 per night for those of you who want 2 regular rooms, this is a real DEAL!!)

**All Suite hotel includes Full Kitchen - there is also a complimentary breakfast here but has a nice kitchen for cooking, microwave, refridgerator, and its extremely roomy They also have a 'mini' store in the lobby to purchase burritos, pancake mix, and many other foods or anemities.

The hotel has now extended the rates until this Friday!! So hurry up and book your room now.

The Fairfield is not longer available but I have queen rooms with pull out sofa suites and some more 2 bedroom suites available.

Don't miss out on your chance to book a really nice room for a great price.
