Virginia Beach Powwow April 14, 2007

The Virginia Beach Powwow will be held at the Redwing Park on April 14, 2007. Grand Entry will be at 12:00 noon and go until 7:00pm. The Head Staff is as follows:

MC: Clark Stewart (Chickahominy)
HM: Troy Adkins (Chickahominy)
HF: Emma Kelsey (Monacan)
AD: Thomas Lewis (Meherrin)
Host Drum: Falling Water Drum (VA)
Invited Drum: Edisto River (SC)

This is a non-competiton powwow. Hopefully, many of you will come to this one. We had a good time last year until the storm came in. By then, everyone was running for cover. Still, we had a good time.

This is always a fun pow-wow - and the fact that is it close to the beachfront truly helps draw folks.
