Man...
Already committed to be the host in Indy that weekend... Hinkley is one of the pow wows I've always wanted to hit, I dunno how many southern tapes I have recorded from there, always knew it would be awesome to hit sometime! Hope all goes well... Paselo

I think I remember...

Yeah, I believe it was just some Southern Singers that were here with family that threw a crew together. It was a couple of Cozad guys and some from either Young Bird or Southern Boyz or both. Anyway, they sounded tough!! I remember that. Naturally I HAD to judge in the hot sun after I was already burned up from the bike ride over....ok, I'm done now...thanks for listening..... If anyone else remembers who it was. Please post....I could be way off on this.... Laterzzzzz

origs, Someone just PM'ed me and confirmed it was a mixture of Cozads and Southern Boyz. They said Larry Cozad is leading them this year in Hinkley. Dang that guy has led the Cozads, Southern Thunder and now Southern Comfort. Mad skills???? I've only been to Hinkley once. Good times! That was back when they had a hoop dance contest!

I see they up'd their prize money this year. Or was it $1200 for first in adults last year too? I remember when it was $2000 at one point. I dont think its gonna be as hot this year, hope not anyway.
