well, the bbq was really good but I haven't been too happy with the food the last few pow wows before that. Bony mutton, light frybread with holes, ridiculous prices. who ever heard of an $8 navajo burger? same price as the roast mutton? got a feelin' they had a lot of leftovers...

In spite of the situation with a slight issue with wrong payouts for some of the winners, this gig was an easy-going event. With help from Heysho, I was able to tend to other business at hand. The whole celebration is getting bigger each year with all the other venues that are getting closer to each other. I believe that there will be more added next year at the Yavapai Village including extended Bird Singing and Dancing.
