This was a good pow wow, we had alot of fun and the singing was really good, especially Young Eagle Whistles, they were awesome. Mesquakie and Battle River put out some good music. The atmosphere was one of hospitality and good pow wow feelings. Hats off to the staff.

Buckskin: 1st: Keri Myers-Sundown 2nd: Jackie Tsontekoy 3rd: Danielle Downwind 4th: Danita Goodwill 5th: Dalynn Alley N. Buckskin: 1st Tosha Goodwill 2nd: Salina No Ear Todome I don't remember the rest N. Cloth: 1st Alva Fiddler 2nd Misty Blue Mespeth Don't remember the rest Applique: 1st Jancinta Warrington 2nd Yvonne Snake ?????? Fancy: 1st: Nahmee Lasley 2nd: Tanski Clairmont 3rd: matilda littlehead ???? Jingle: 1st Willow Jack 2nd Yvette Goodeagle ????? Golden Age Men: 1st Lewis Cozad 2nd: Darrel Moore ????? That's all I remember. The weather was decent, not too hot and just cold enough to wear a light jacket. Little rain here and there, not the usual from what I understand from previous years. A good pow wow. |
