Ya'll did an incredible job last year for the 1st annual powwow, we're planning on coming back this year....excited! Great line up, hopefully the weather will be just as nice as last year too!! ;) Is it in the same location as last year?

Hey April!! Did the committee make a decision on the golden age? I talked with Sandon on the weekend and he says that he'll ask around, but coming from you would be a closer to the committee answer.
I'm hoping to get to this powwow as I hear it is one of the better ones down N.C. |

Yeah the location may actually be a little easier to get too - right off I-95 - Hwy 74 - get off at exit 14, turn left (right if from down South, and the Pow-wow will be less than 1 mile down the road on Left hand side - at the Farmer's Market. It was here a few years ago - no matter where it is - the Pow-wow Committee has/is working very hard to make this one of the best ever!!! And it is only 3 weeks after Hollister (meaning, for all youz guyz travelling from far away, you should hang around a few weeks - come to Hollister, then to UNCP;s pow-wow on April 22, then chill and then to Lumbee on May 5-7. Sounds like a dy-no=mite plan to me!!!
