That is where I got my first touring experience!

I was recruited to BYU by the Lamanite Generation. Once I was up there (Provo, Utah) I travelled with them to the northern US, Canada and Scandanavia. Dancin' my little ndn heart out with the Latin American and Polynesian performers.

I think new Living Legend program has replaced the Lamanite Generation as a travelling recruiting tool for the Mormon church now.

I'm not Mormon so I never really fit in.

Did you know his daughter, Brandy? She lived at Jackson Hole, the last time I saw her. She is/was a fancy shawl dancer.
it is a small world, yep i know Brandy, last time i saw her was at a memorial for her ex-father in law in wyo, i think she has 2 kids, i havent seen her dance for a long time, she was pretty good though. i see Sonny every now and then.
