We just might be down for this one. We haven't been down in couple of years. Especially, with my buddy Nick as Jr Head Dancer. If we do come, it will be for one day.

I would come to this powwow if only they didn't have that Brenda Silva, aka Twine, as their head lady dancer. She is so hateful. I know some things about her that would make your braids stand on end.

Hey!! Just kidding, I hope all her friends tell her I am bad-mouthing her, because that is the only way I can get her attention. I miss her, and all my Haliwa-Saponi buddies and wish I could get there to celebrate with them. Then B and I could reminisce about old times, like sharing lipstick in NJ, and playing pool in Groton. Yes, we do have camping. It is free, first come first served and self contained. Everyone there seems to have a great time.

hello everyone, hope all had agood winter, i cant believe we have a month to go, so glad the winter is over. hey to my sis good to hear from ya, would luv to see ya, i might need some lip stick

anywayz everyone have a safe trip, and ya know this, im sure it will be a jammin PW, like every year, it gets better and better every year. props to PW committee, it is a honor to be asked to be head dancer, been head dancer at other PWs, but this is the first time at my home PW, thanx so much, it means so much to me.

Ok.. So I have been beading,beading and more beading trying to get some pieces ready for someone for this pow-wow. Hopefully I will exceed my own expectations and get finished with some of it.. Any way I can't wait!! Who all is planning on coming? I can't wait to see all my wonderful Haliwa family and those coming from other places that I haven't seen in forever..
