Admission: $5.00 per person (all proceeds will go towards the singers)

Arts and craft $35.00 a day

Round Dance will begin each evening starting at 5 P.M.

The family feast will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2006 at 3:00 P.M.

"Midnight snacks will be served both nights, Giveaways welcome"

All Round Dancers and Singers are welcome

Committee Concession ONLY

Never attended a round dance celebration on the rez, but probably won't be there. Sounds like an awesome gathering though. Jay's daughter sang at Shonto, she's an awesome singer herself.

My predicitions: this thang is gonna be packed!! It should be held somewhere else rather then the sports center. I think its small and gonna get really stuffy but they should have it outside at the powwow grounds or sumthing! LOL jk too cold but imma make an appearance, bring my tape recorder and hear some good jams!!!

Gonna skip this one.
Wish it was a gourd & feast though.
That would've been extremely cool. A whole day of gourd sessions. Everything from paudle to 'stangs throughout the day and ending it with a Buffalo, what a picture perfect day it would be. But to each his own, I suppose, have fun everyone.

Looks like we won't be there until Saturday evening. Kids have basketball games. But we are looking forward to it.

Jay never got back with me on sound support, so I assume he has that taken care of. His schedule was to have round dancing during the evenings only. There were specials and such scheduled during Saturday afternoon starting at 3 PM.

the ganado girls are playing this morning in flag. we have a very tough team to get by called seton catholic.. then after we win im sure well runn into fountain hills.. damm, so all of ganado is over in flag now.

so this evening the round dance should have plenty of room. ill make it for sure if i dont watch the boys action @ flag.

see yall somewhere!!
