Shah, sounds like its gonna be an awesome powwow. Think I'm gonna go, even if I gotta go by myself. Also heard that Northern Cree is gonna be hosting @ either Morongo or San Manuel this year. Not sure if its true or not... but gonna do some diggin around.

I don't know why, but they always have it on Mother's Day weekend. I imagine it has something to do with the semester almost being done and the students want their mothers to come out and visit them before graduation.

My mother passed away several years ago so this helps fill in the time of year for me. So you are lucky if you still have a Mother to come home too.

Bring your mother out for a nice drive up to SF and enjoy the powwow.
