San Manuel Powwow, San Bernandino, CA.....who's going there??

This is one of our favorite powwows, we've always been treated well by the powwow committee here. Good powwow in Cali. So, who's going and who has information on it??

I like this one too. I really hope somehow I could make it this year. I like how they split up the adults contemporary and the traditional styles. I have a flyer somewhere.

Last year, they told us we couldn't camp there. But we did it anyway. They let the big rvs camp there, so I figured they wouldn't mind. They also had showers there too.

I think the head staff will most likely stay @ the radisson. I think it's sort of a crapshoot by staying there if you want to get some good sleep. But if you're down for the 9, that's the spot for you.

MOtel 6 and a couple of others places closer, the radd-isson is in town near the center....not for those who don't want to drive much or get caught up in traffic......Look in Orbitz or hotwire and find the deals for you, we got ours reserved already.....so see ya there!!

perfect storm??? B.T. WANTS TO GO!!! almost went to morongo too. but instead we went to yakama and we had to leave early to get to the hotel everynight...but i place SECOND WOOHOO!!! my auntie told my mom yesterday and my auntie picked up the money for me too yay.

Paris and Acosia Leighton are the Head Man and Head Lady dancers for this pow wow. They want people to know that they will be sponsoring a special contest.

It will be a Sweethearts Team Dance-Couples only
Choreographed Team dance to a straight song

The host hotel is usually the Radisson on E Street in San Bernardino. The Motel 6 and the Quality Inn are definitely closer. If doing a search, look for hotels close to the Cal State San Bernardino campus.

Southern Thunder is host southern drum. It will be nice to have them out west too - they will be crewed up! I heard the Quality Inn is sold out, but keep checking their website, there bound to have some cancellations at the last minute.

Bringing my homework and study while attending the powwow! yeah......kind of pushing it, but everyone, please be vigilant and careful on the road and enjoy yourselves.
