my family is going. there is too much moisture in the air at this powwow. so if ur going....at nighttime- take off ur feathers...they will get wet! and watch out...they love to pick their "own" at this one. even if ur good...u can win maybe 2nd or 3rd but one of the locals will beat u

my family is considered local and we happen to be kick *** dancers so i guess we are taken care of!!! aye china i aint like that!! (but its true) but my family isnt like that we have respect for our name. the dance doesnt get that wet and your feathers dont get messed up it just gets really COLD at night thats about it.

not to be rude but do u have real feathers? fluffy and full. i do and that get messed up at that powwow. cause the water is like right there! and the air gets really moist. there r alot of white people at this powwow and of course their feathers dont get messed up...their not real!!!!
and my mistake, the powwow probably have changed since i went(a few years ago) but we went because thats my mom's family. her tribe. but excuse me...they did use to pick the locals over awesome dancers. i dont know u, im not saying its u but i can drop some names.
