United Tribes??

Me and my family are talking about about going to Tribes this year but was wondering is it worth going to from Wisconsin. It's a long trip and with gas prices so high. If it's the bomb we love to go. Any info would be great. Thanks

its an ok pow wow but if you have more than three people in your family its like $45 plus for the weekend for ADMISSION only - kinda steep once you really think about it. for my family it would be $90 just to get inside!!!! but at least you can say you went ...

well the $15 admission fee is for the whole weekend (thursday - sunday) or it's $8/day. 60+ get in free as well as 5 and under

UNITED TRIBES IS A GOOD POWWOW. LAST YEAR WAS KILLER HOT THO..lol..but anyways I'm going and it should be good this year.

I was wondering because we went down to Indian Summer and for the pow wow it was sad alot of drunks. That seems like a big party or fair instead of a pow wow. We wanted to try something new. Does alot of drums show up at Tribes from all over? By there web page past winners it looks like alot of good dancers go there.

Leaving Thursday after work! Haven't been up there since '02. Saved enuf' for gas money, to and fro. Heard MNC is going up there, tho.
