Q:what would you do in a situation when you are replaced on a drum by someone who dosen't even like the lead singer.....and dosent want to be apart of that drum.......but the catch is...the lead singer knows all of this...but dosent listen to his "loyal" drummers?????????

Obviously we don't have both sides. All I'll say is that ANYONE who is a 'sour grape' or has feelings of 'entitlement' over someone else are a detriment to that drum. Perhaps an attitude adjustment is needed for both of you? The lead singer is 'lead' for a reason; and obviously had his/her reason to do this. Get over it.

Just from what is writen here is sounds like either pride or highschool stuff. Reason why I say that is....... if there was nothing that had happened....... why wouldn't there be a place for both of you? Why would he let you go? These are the things that come to my mind.

Do you......................................basically suck? Can you keep a tune? Do you throw everybody else off?

Ask your self these questions. Maybe there's another aspect of the powwow that's just for you. Not everyone is cut out to be a dancer or singer.

Whoa guys! Settle down! LMAO...funny stuff though. But here's my piece of advice: What goes around comes around! You know karma and all that stuff? So here's the deal...I'll put it a little nicer than all these peeps have been saying it. If there was wrong doing on your part, your being replaced is "what came around." If there was wrong doing on the part of the lead singer/replacement, their time will come and the decision will be regretted. So for now, just let things be, and they will turn out as they're supposed to....you don't need to do anything about it. And as a side note, why would you now want to be invovled with a drum that kicked you off?

that maybe true but...you and i know that if it werent for me guys helping your dieing drum you would be nothing....you have to take other drummers off of other drums jus to make ends meet at powwows and....if you want to calll people wanabees then go ahead...but in the end we know who is the better indian....and if you new half of what you should now about your own nation you would know that it is complament toward him ....letting him now that his stuff is liked allover the nation....so get to steppin....and dont try to compete wit me....and the big words you use they dont help.....

you guys use to be the best fo friends.. why cant you do like girls and just kiss and make up? nah.. but for real.. this is the kind of fighting and crap that splits drum groups up... but that's just my thoughts on it..

Ahhhhhhh u guys just get over it. I mean really is this all the time and energy you have left in your day to be just hatin on eachother? I hope you have more things in your life going on than to be just 'thinking' of this whole situation. Get off your butt, do something else more productive. If you're just at the drum to only get kudos for things you have done, then maybe you should look at yourself. Do things and help people because you WANT too and don't EVER expect anything back because in the end you'll end up bitter and alone. Like people have said on here, things will come in a circle. If you treat life like the way you want it, you'll receive it back in the end. And it may not come back from the same person you give it to, thats why I say..... don't ever expect something back. If you're gonna help, just do it out of the kindness of your own heart. Be a man, pray for those who hurt you, and humble yourself to things that you may need to learn. It's not worth it dude. If you can't find yourself on that drum again, do like others advised, start your own drum. But never never hate.

I at first thought that this was a legitimate thread from someone asking for advice. Now I see that it was just a way to call someone out in public. I was going to erase my earlier post because I wrote it to give advice to someone I thought was asking for it. Now I see that it is not the case. I will however, leave my post as is, because I think it's true for both of these men. And I'd like to add a piece of advise as well...don't use powwows.com to try and bring somone down...be a man about it and talk to him/the drum about it or else leave it alone.
