Wish that I could go this year. I'm having heel surgery on Friday, so I won't be able to go anywhere for a week. It sucks, but I'm glad I'm FINALLY having this surgery. It's painful!
Anyways....my parents are on their way from Carnegie to Stroud.

Hope to see you there!!
We are hoping to make this pow wow this weekend....All depends on if we get our house clean and our chores done..lol..we've been gone every weekend since Memorial Day and we'll be gone more starting either this weekend or next weekend if we follow hubby's pow wow trail plan...anyway..does anyone know anything about the camping at this pow wow?

My family and I have been going to Stroud since I was little and terrorizing everyone! My sis and I use to always be fighting other kids under that shelter/pavillion! lol... But anyways, we've always enjoyed that powwow and we'll be there this weekend too.

Mens Grass: 1st: DJ Yarholar 2nd: Redcloud Anquoe 3rd: Keeno Gallegos Ladies Buckskin: 1st: ? 2nd: Summer Baldwin 3rd: Timmi Huber Ladies Cloth: 1st: ? 2nd: ? 3rd: KC Hughes Ladies Jingle: 1st: ? 2nd: Some chick by the last name of Narcomey 3rd: Tahnee Harjo Ladies Fancy Shawl: 1st: Brittany Yarholar 2nd and 3rd, I don't know.. Southern drum contest went to YellowHammer and the Northern I believe went to Native Eagle. |
