Don't use the one with DA in the name, cause I think it sounds dumb for drums to use that in their name. If your going to use it use THE, or better yet, just take that one completely off.

Peace,
Da RezDawg

Oh yeah and also don't use the last one, The TravAlers? Check the spelling first then it would be cool.

Peace again,
RezDawg

A good friend of mine says our drum sings ok but we are drum sh**ty. We thought of using that as a name.

while driving up 95 a few year ago I drove over the POWHITE river. I thought that would be good since I am a white guy. PO-WHITE Singers.

I like drums that use their town or rez name or something near them IE-Porcupine, Chiniki Lake, Cathedral Lakes, Manderson, etc.

Hmmmm?

I never thought of naming your drum group after a location that you live near.

?

I live close to Martin Luther King Blvd.

How does "Martin Luther King Singers.... Contest!" sound?

How about The Oneders? Like from the movie "That Thing You Do."

It's pronounced The Wonders idiot!

OK, maybe because we live on the Oneida rez, we think that joke is a little funnier than most people do... sorry.

I think native wayz and war cry sound kinda cheezy.

As far as Travelers...... there are the Teton Traverlers....Dakota Travelers......etc.

I like RiverWood........ since you know and everyone else knows you are singers..... I would drop the "Singers".

King Blvd? Nice ring.

Concrete Tree is good for a city drum.

Fire Plug / Slum Lords / Lords of the Main / Slum Drum / City Slickers / Tunnel Rats

I always thought NDN BOOMBOX might be kina kool for a youth drum or a really contemporary drum that doesn't take everything so serious. But for you I'd vote River Wood, or even consider naming the drum in honor of your family or a famous ancestor if you have one. One of my favorite midwest groups, for example, is the Crazy Horse singers.
