hey I'll do that... were gonna camp there... no open fires.. only bad thing :(... but anyways... will fill ya in!! Holla back about the ones your attending.. I'm planning on going to several this year... Eureka springs, Ark. is my next one.. its gonna be on a wildlife refuge.. hehe.. I'll fill right at home! Anyways.. sorry ya couldn't come.. I'll dance one for ya!

awww man that bites! I'm sure they have their reasons. But that still sucks..

Powwow on a wildlife refuge eh? Wow! Yeah, I'm here in the SouthWest and will be attending several powwows down this way this summer. Later!

I will be working as a volunteer Saturday and Sunday at Red Earth OKC. Mostly dancer hospitality. Somebody come and say hi!

2005 Red Earth

I heard the emcee say that there were over 7,000 viewers this weekend.. and alot of them were our warriors over sea's! Thats awesome... well anyways.. just got home.. it was a really powerful pow wow.. the drums were awesome... there was soooo many dancers, personalities, the emcee's were funny, and they had several honor's... veterans, elders, etc... alot of intertribals too (which is good for me since I'm not a contest dancer) Our friends got 4th in mens fancy dance and 3rd in Southern Buckskin... didn't place in the grass dance, but over all it was great!!
