6 miles North of Lawton on I-44, Exit At Medicine Park/Love's Exit and turn west

Gourd Dancing Daily - Grand Entry 7:00 pm Saturday & Sunday
All Drums Welcome - Camping Space Available
Admission is FREE & OPEN to the Public

Friday:
5:00 pm - Gourd Dance
7:00 pm - Contests. Boys & Girls Tiny Tots (0-6 yrs.), Jr. Boys (combined 7-15yrs) & Jr. Girls (combined 7-15 yrs.) Jr. Boys & Jr. Girls pays $100.00, $75.00 & $50.00
Jr. Categories will be paid at the conclusion of Friday Nights Pow Wow

Saturday:
2:00 pm - Gourd Dance
5:00 pm - Supper Break
7:00 pm - Grand Entry
Registration for Adult Contests closes at the start of Grand Entry
Contests:
Women's Cloth, Buckskin, Fancy Shawl & Jingle Dress - Women's Categories pays $300.00, $200.00 & $100.00
Special Men's Prairie Chicken Dance (prize monies awarded by Family)

Sunday:
2:00 pm - Gourd Dance
5:00 pm - Supper Break
7:00 pm - Grand Entry
Contests:
Men's Straight, Grass, Traditional & Fancy Dance
Men's categories pays $300.00, $200.00 & $100.00
10:00 pm Host Organization Special & Announcement of Contest Winners

Contest Rules:
ALL contestants must register. Adults are 16 yrs. and older. All Adult contestants must be in Saturday & Sunday Grand Entries to eligible for prize monies (chicken dancers excluded). Numbers will be taken. All decisions or the Comanche Little Poinies Pow Wow Committee are FINAL.

All Vendors are Welcome! Food Vendor Fee is $200.00 for the weekend. Arts & Crafts Vendors are $30.00 a day or $75.00 for the entire weekend. All Vendor fees are payable in cash on the day of set up. Vendors must provide own booth set up & tables. Electrical hookups are available. The pow wow will be held Rain or Shine. In the event of rain, the pow wow will be moved indoors at the Comanche Nation Gymnasium. this was a fun powwow. it seems like it gets bigger every year! tha prairie chicken contest was really cool to watch!

Well, it rained alot so they had it inside. It was a nice dance, good singing.
Chicken dance was nice, there were three, so they all placed and it was 300-200-100 in this special as well with all the categories in adults.

Bear Roberts was there, but he did not dance Sunday night.
