Where is the best place to go for 4th of july? just needin' a powwow to go to!

One I know of if you're looking around the Northwest, is the Wildhorse Resort Casino Pow-wow ~ Pendleton, Oregon, July 1,2, 3, 2005.

What area of the country were you hoping for? There's tons of dances that weekend, and if we knew where you were or wanted to go, we could list pow wows in that area.

Hmm, I've been to Wildhorse- long drive!! Good powwow tho.
Oneida has one... kinda small.
Probably hit up Sisseton this year.

Talking 4th of July Pow-wow'z
Ft. Duchesne 4th of July Pow-Wow always has a pretty goot turn out and for a little rez so does Lame Deer Powwow in Montana they also have a rodeo goin' on too.

I know Rosebud Casino has a 4th of July pw.......um sisseton has a pw during this time....... i heard it is a contest pw this year......thats the ones in SD that are contest anyway

Anyone know of a powwow on the 4th of july? In Florida,Alabama,Georgia,or Mississippi. We live about 45 minutes from the Alabama line. And willing to travel 3 hours. So anywhere?! Please I gotta find a good powwow to go to on account I barely ever get to go to one and I LOVE them. So not only on the 4th of July but ANYTIME. But then again somewhere that has vendors because if my dad can't set up I can't go and dance.
