....thinking about heading that way to check out the powwow. I know that New Mexico is famous for its cuisine, lol. So what places in Gallup are recommended? Looking forward to some goot New Mexico chili!

p/s Good job to the committee for making some changes. I think it will be a much better powwow, than last year. I like the $5 admission, don't have to pay to go to the other events!

Well Wesley better sing w the horses but he'll prob be up at Rocky Boy instead....which is where I wish I was gonna be at!!! Dang....another missed year. Oh well, i'd rather be inhaling the dust at Gallup.... instead of that gooter northern air :P. Kewl...finally a powwow with no admission!!

So who's all going? Guess we'll make our way out there, hope to see some of you .commers there...Peace n mutton grease.

I'm not getting any of my calls returned and no one is responding to my e-mail messages ... I'm sure people want to know if there is a spotlight contest and what categories are open for it as well as when registration closes and what night(s) the contests are held.
