Who all is going here next weekend? Bess reminded me today of the pow-wow....I have to work next weekend, but hope it is the best ever for everyone involved....

Does anyone have the scoop on this powwow. At UNC, I heard that they were tossing around the idea of contest. Is this true?

Don't know and don't really care. I just hope that I am well enough to dance, otherwise I will be watching. This was a nice one last year. It was cut short b/c of the weather though, hopefully the rain will hold out.

I know I don't care either b/c I will be there anyway (my husband's the arena director). I am not dancing either way (got some beadwork that I need to finish up before Hollister). I was just asking to be asking if ECU was able to pull their contest together. They were looking forward to it but was unsure if they could.

I want to apologize if I sounded like a smart aleck. After rereading my post, I though it could be interpreted as that. That is not the case at all. I just love to dance, competition or no competition.

On another note, if I keep feeling hte way I do, I will be dancing htis weekend. I am so looking foreward to this as I haven't been to a powwow since Science and Math.

I may not be in the best form tomorrow, but I will be dancing. After being sick for 2 weeks, I am on an emotional high right now: my wife and I got it confirmed today that we will be changing diapers a little longer than expected!!!!!!! That news has been the best medicine I've received!

So who all is going to be there, come on don't be shy.

This was a nice one! The weather was great. Eastern Bull and Stoney Creek were awesome. The MC (I forgot his name) and the AD, LSS did a top notch job, thanks for the pickup. Everyone was nice and friendly! And the tiny tots rocked! Lapis Queen I'm glad I had the chance to meet you. IF YOU MISSED THIS ONE YOU MISSED OUT!

Glad the Pow-wow turned out good.. Wish we could have made it but Waya had to work Sunday so we could leave early for Holliseter.

I'm glad that everyone had a good time. Wish we could have been there but did not know if I had to work or not until late. Didn't have to work but had one heck of a time at the Drag race.
