Oh geez, I was at tha powwow but inside the casino when they were announcing the winners!!
It was pretty good though. Not many dancers, kind of a small arena since it was inside and the drums were on a stage. Well congrats to all the winners~! Man the weather was awesome too! I had to come home to 20* of coldness! That sucked. LOL Last edited by ndn_lady; 12-16-2004 at 01:46 AM. |

totally boring--can we please get some new dancers or something---so tiered of all the same people? but, stilll wish I was going to bearspaw p.w===some real jammin' tunes and feel of a good ole' canadian p.w ---ya know?
btw- Dear Santa-- can i get a remix of some ole time whitefish jrs/ jams and ndn chipmunks---vol. 1 & 2n on CD??? lol remember Alvin Ahoyoboy?---- |

Congratulations to White Lodge and Short Bull!!! Yeah!!!
White Lodge rocks, I'm anxious to hear their latest CD featuring Mountain Soul!!! Short Bull is rather new that I know of, but DANG they sure know how to make'em DANCE!!!! Short Bull has their own songs and the boys are all veterans of powwow in their youthfulness!!! Short Bull sure tore it up at The Big Mandaree Celebration this past summer!! Mike and Company put on a serious display of Original Northern Style Round Dance Singing in the Smith Family Round Dance Championships!! Congrats to my good brother Wesley Windy Boy and Uroselia, keep it up and we'll be seeing ya! I hope White Lodge keeps touring full time, they got heart and not to mention some dang good songs in that family!! Yeah!
