I thought that was mixed up when I read it, but I wasn't for sure...anywho, that pow-wow was fun. It was freezing on Saturday night when we (womens jingle) danced, like mid 40's I'd say, I couldn't stop chattering my teeth! LOL! We had to dance last which was wierd, but oh well. All in all an Ok pow-wow, except the dance offs in EVERY category...hmmm, that's okay though.

The head judge had the same judges all weekend. He even judged too, almost every category. That's why there were so many ties.

This is NDNEYEZ here: Posting from my sister's computer.
I figure that they have every right to run contests how they want and to pick the judges how they choose BUT......Am I wrong in wondering why the head judges decided to use the same group of judges the whole weekend......Also why those same judges judged the dance offs?????? This could account for all of the ties I suppose. Or maybe account for the fact that a 1:00 grand entry didn't actually start until 2:00. ANd why exactly did the head judges judge all of the categories??? Just seemed kinda screwy to me. I guess I don't know though, never been a head judge myself. I only know the way things are usually run. By the way....don't get me wrong.......the weekend was fun and it is a nice area.
