NORTHEASTERN CHAMPIONSHIPS September 18th & 19th, 2004 FDR STATE PARK YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, WESTCHESTER, NY 1PM GRAND ENTRY OPEN TO ALL DANCERS NO REGISTRATION FEE PRIZE LIST SAME AS PREVIOUS POSTED EVENTS ADULT - (Traditional, Grass, Jingle, Fancy) (18+) 1st-$700, 2nd-$500, 3rd-$250, 4th-$150 TEEN - (Traditional, Grass, Jingle, Fancy) (13-17) 1st-$300, 2nd-$200, 3rd-$100 JR BOYS COMBINED & JR GIRLS COMBINED (6-12) 1st-$150, 2nd-$100, 3rd-$75 SPECIALS SMOKE DANCE, MALE & FEMALE, 4 PLACES SGT TWO CROW NORTHERN TRADITIONAL THIS IS THE FINAL COMPLETION OF THE SERIES 1st Place—100 pts. 2nd Place—75 pts. 3rd Place—50 pts. 4th Place—25 pts. RULES OF THE SERIES Each dancer must compete in at least 3 of the 4 events and have placed in the top 4 in at least one. Each dancer in their category with the most accumulated points at the end of the 4 events will be crowned the champion and receive cash award and a trophy. All dancers must compete in the final event (FDR). The FDR event is a separate powwow and will have a separate prize list as well as serve as the final of the Northeastern Championship. Categories: Men’s Grass, Traditional, Fancy Women’s Jingle, Traditional, Fancy Directions: From 87 to Saw Mill River PKWY North to Taconic PKWY North, FDR State Park. MAN...i went on sat on my way back up from yonkers...i didn't even think u guys would have still put it on..when i got there it wuz over newayz...lol but u guys are troopers...went home with some nice earrings still lol...

NDNQt, we did have the powwow. It was very wet on Saturday and cold on Sunday but sunny.
I want to thank ALL the dancers, singers, head staff, etc. for being so patient and understanding throughout the w/e. I'm sorry for the ppl that heard or thought it would be cancelled. Sgt Two Crow Special - Winner take all Wayahsti Perkins I just wanted to thank everyone for coming to RNAAC throughout the year. This was our last one for the year.
