My three are there! Grand entry wasn't till after 8PM -- they were still gourd dancing when I talked to them earlier. Said lots of folks were there, good crowd and singing.

Well, it was a very nice pow wow, but it lasted late with the rain and all the categories to run, including the drum contest. I will try to remember the winners, it was late and it kept raining off and on.
cloth:
1st Ponka-We Victors
2nd Erin Bemo
3rd Laura Sage (There were two big groups of cloth)

Jingle:
Yvette Ewalk
Rebecca Roberts
Rowena Roberts

Buckskin:
Jackie Tsontekoy
Toni Lynn Tsatoke(won tie for second)
Keri Jhane Myers

Traditional
Pat Moore
Gary Tomahsah
Bear Roberts

Grass
Terrance Goodwill
?????
????? I know Kyle Pacheco won something!

Straight
Jason Lightfoot
Terry Tsotigh
Earl Plumley (this was a good contest, two big groups also)

Singing
The Thunder(young southern thunder and auntie georgia)
Little Eagle
Native Pride

Others drums: Sizzortail, OtterTrail, Rose Hill, Plains Drifters, Omaha Nation(from Nebraska), Cozads

It was nice the weather was a little scary but the dancers were there and it was fun because the dancers and the drums came out and participated. The senior class was honored at this pow wow and it was very nice.
