They used to call me Duct Tape Jana.

Works even to close cuts when you can't get the dr for stitches right away.

One of those travel sewing kits - or one you get at a hotel
Small mirror & comb
Excedrin
Lighter
My old 'throw down' mocassins
Pen & tiny notepad & business cards

That's about it.

I usually pack:
sinew
leather needles and beading needles
beading thread
thimble
extra beads or dentallium shells for my dress
buckskin
wax
safety pins
scissors, usually good sharp ones
first aid tape

I've never used duct tape but I see a lot of people use it.

I usually often have a some minor first aid items in my repair kit, in case i need to be repaired, but thats only when im traveling and cant fit my ems jump bag
