I believe that the behaviour is the same in all locations and situations, Pow-wows are just one of many puvblic events where this is available and encouraged, it is part of modern society today. It can be interesting to watch and observe and even play a little(until the wife cathches on..chaaaa!!!) but honestly, with AIDS, HIV and Hep C being such a problem along with the STD's it is something I hope people are doing responsibly AS THERE ARE ENOUGH INDIAN BABIES BEING BORN WHO ENED UP BEING UNWANTED, UNLOVED AND THEY NEVER ASKED TO BE BORN INTO THAT TYPE OF LIFE.
