Yesterday I had the opportunity to do a pre-release review of a new Snake Island CD and reading some of the various posts here people say they're up and coming....nah...THEY'VE ARRIVED! Outstanding tunes and an exceptional sound very reminisant of the real pleasing NoDak/So Manitoba Grass Dance sound from 25-30 years ago. Yeah, I'm partial to this style of Northern music because it really flows...a nice smooth style. They rank up there with Mandaree and High Noon in my book so when this CD hits the market, by all means check it out. I think you'll be quite pleased and you'll be hearing more from these guys!

excellent collection of young men who somehow survived the antics of their fathers and uncles to produce some of the finest music available anywhere. Expect nothing but continued high quality sound from these guys.

You boys sound good and I'm sure you'll only get better.......stay grounded and don't let you success go to your head like so many other groups have.
