I went to download tool bar and I recieved a message stating it did not know how to handle this program and I needed to direct it to what to use to download it with. I am not to familiar with what I should do. Do you have any suggestions??

It is an exe file. You should be able to save it to your computer then double click on it. Are you running Windows?
