Paul,

Will drums still advance/be eliminated based on style (i.e. Southern/Northern) for the first few rounds? Meaning northerners are competing against northerners and southerners are competing agains southerners.

Should no group fail to meet the deadlines, at what point will the two be combined?

Are we only looking for the top two in the finals?

We didn't have enough of each style to split them in the beginning. So all drums are competing together from the start instead of combining in later rounds.

We will keep having rounds until we have 1 drum left. If everyone turns in their songs each week, it will last 10 rounds.

Question I'm still confused!!!!

So, there will be 2 eliminated each round? Or is that only for this first round?

Right now we have it scheduled to have 2 eliminated for the first few rounds. But it depends on if drums miss the deadline.

Best thing to do is submit your best song each round!

Currently there have been just over 65 people vote in this contest.

Spread the word! Let's get as many people as possible to vote. Show these drums support for these great songs.

Thanks

I did my voting and just loved the voice on drums Huisache Creek Singers. I also voted for red oak, whitehawk, atandinghorse and preyeneaglesingers not in that order though! LOL

I put the link into my signature here and other places I visit online. I wonder how many people will end up voting. It's been really fun, though, I've enjoyed just kicking back here, really listening to everything. It was a really cool thing, I hope it does some good for some of the drums out there. Very enjoyable process, anyway, IMO
