I wanted to take a moment and let all of you in Wind Eagle know that you are the winners in my eyes. You handled yourselves in the most respectful way. You sat by quietly and let things unfold however they would. Regardless of the results. That is what says the most about your guys. I look for great things for you guys and hope to see you guys on the trail

Now you must have me mistaken for someone who doesn't know these guys. I grew up with them, and a couple of the singers are my cousins. Now I jam to them when they are at a powwow that I am attending, and say hello when I go home to visit. Now these guys are AWSOME and need the recognition that they deserve. But I have heard them jam harder, at powwow's and 49's. So NAAAAA!

I was so proud to read the comments from around ndn country about Wind Eagle, and was happy that an opportunity was given to them to hear what we around here in this neck of the woods have enjoyed for years. Yes, Wind Eagle does rock, and now because of that contest, others know too!!!

They say adversity makes us stronger, and these guys are a typical example of that, because after hearing you guys in the last couple powwows, you are stronger than ever!! I am going to snatch up your last CD and your next CD!! Congrats on second place, but you guys will always rate FIRST with me!!
