I'm new to the powwow and have started my journey. Please advise. - Page 2

I have to say that i am scepticle of what you say here and have to agree that we ALL have our journeys and paths that we need to follow we are all given signs and paths to lead by our ancestors and such but that is the way of our people is it not?
I just think youre almost trying to romanticize what has been given to you ( it appears that way to me), and i agree that chokers have nothing to do with journeys in life and that it all comes form your heart and you will only know how you can help people once you have helped yourself heal and that healing has to be balanced in 4 ways not 3.

I do not mean to belittle what you take to be important in your life or the treasures which have been given to you by your husband but sumtimes people seem to read more into such gifts than what is really there.

I just pray that you will find the balance in your life and i will also say that I think we are ALL here to help one another and that is the greatest gift that the creator has given us.

quicksilverwade - thank you for the direct advise. i will stick around and learn what is or isn't right. hopefully i won't upset anyone else. that isn't what i set out to do. i understand that ignorance is not a tool or bliss. i appreciate your taking time to advise me.

coyot_in_the_house - i understood that people might not take me seriously. i am searching in earnest for answers to the pieces of the puzzle im given. i appreciate your extreme patience and value your honesty.

angelfeather - i understand the skepticism. im trying to find the balance, my world has been turned upside down recently and thrown me for a giant loop. i only get pieces of the puzzle when i dream things and when the visions come. i assure you that im not trying to romanticize what has been given to me. the visions that i have been having are more nightmares of things to come than love and peace. i agree that we are all here to help each other and that everyone that helps me to better understand that gift is a blessing. thank you for speaking out and helping me to understand how my words are being seen.

At this point I'm starting to doubt you are for real. :34: 1) you are having a great laugh at our expense thinking you are snowing the dumb NDNs, 2) you are for real and on hallucenogenics, 3) you are for real and suffering from a disorder that includes delusions. For the latter two I strongly recommend you see a mental health professional.

i was just looking at the msgs and no ill will taken. was laughing along with everyone else. doesn't pay to get upset or distraught. glad everyone got a laugh off it. if i got upset when people laughed at me then i would be in tears.
