If it is raining then i want indoor
If it is sunny and a nice 75 degrees outdoor

Putting rain aside, I have to say summer. I like the fresh air that I can't enjoy in the winter.Winter is too cold for me, makes it rough on the old bones & joints. Arms have more room to move without being in a flannel shirt & winter coat.
