As tears of mixed emotions and broken dreams
Stream down the side of your face
Betrayed by the promises of a forever love
Waves of emotions crashing over your body
Viciously sucking life and stealing your breath away
This deep emotional sickness is kept at bay
By the huge lump in your throat
Holding back the deep nauseating
Gut wrenching and throbbing pain
As the tightness of your throat is getting raw
You continue trying so hard to swallow
And the deep screams of your inner pains
As emptiness rips at your devastated heart
Crushed and torn apart piece by piece
With the deepest feelings of
Hopelessness and shattered dreams
Slowly killing you inside with each breath
As a warm unsympathetic numbness
Consumes and overwhelms your inner soul
With unbound depths of anguish
And wanting so badly to just get up
And run fast and far enough away
Till the pain can never find you
But you began to succumb to the anguish
And lay in a fetal position rocking your self
Never wanting to ever wake up again
As your mind keeps crys out
“WHY”…. “WHY”
That echo and vibrate
Throughout your body
And each breath you now breathe is
POISONED WITH EMOTIONS
Slowly quietly and silently it ends
As your mind and body drift peacefully
Into another world as a thousand tears
Of precious memories fade
And there is no more pain only sleep
