cuffs

I have been looking for cuffs with fringe hanging off, Can someone tell me how to make these or how to obtain a set?
Any info would be great!

what type are you looking for............

the easiest way for me to tell you is find a design (shape) that you like and draw it on a newspaper or paperbag (that way you can keep it for ever) and then you can transfer the shape onto whatever material you are going to use for the cuffs.
