Inner Bustle yay? or nay?

ok heres an inner bustle just finished what do you all think yay!!! or nay!! all macaw feathers minus the two small tails at the center spikes which are from a bluebird....what ya all think

I think an inner row is fine as long as it is done well and works with the outside row of feathers. Show it in style and good taste!

double row, if you got the money! just not a double-row swing bustle, from what i hear, they don't work right cuz they catch each other
