Nothern Traditional Regalia
I am currently making my son's regalia to dance Nothern Traditional. He wants to wear a skin as his headwear. He wants to have a bobcat skin. I had been told that I should bead around the eyes and attach feathers to hang down the back of the skin on the back of the head. Would this be appropriate?
