Has anyone ever bought from this place? I think their bustles are about 500-600. These look real, and was maybe considering one. Anyone have any information??

I have never bought from this place, but I thought the feathers looked pretty interesting. If they are painted you just have to hope that they won't run.

If they arent painted i wonder how they are done? I don't think it will run. The feathers i have have been passed down to me, and sometimes i worry that fish and wildlife might ask me about em. They are just getting annoying. Thought this would help?

Never heard of this company before. But they look really nice.

I wonder if they use the same concept that one reproduction taxidermy company uses.

There is a company that makes reproduction mounts of Birds of Prey. And you are more than likely thinking, bet that looks cheesy. Well, they don't look cheesey, in fact they look freaking as real and cost well over several thousands of dollars.

Anyway, the company says that their feathers are not painted either. Instead they claim some kind of secret that is patented in which they actually die the feathers on the molecular level. Somehow they actually inject the die into the quills and vains etc.

I finally saw one of their Eagles at a Museum in Pittsburg and it looked simply fantastic.

I can't remember the company. Does anybody else know about them?

I wonder if this realleagle place as something similar?

I'm not exactly sure how they do it, but their feathers look awesome!. I know a couple of guys that have bustles made from these feathers. I haven't seen any of the barred feathers yet, but the original that he did look great.

Good luck getting anything from them. I emailed them a few times 'cause I thought they would be nice for my nephew. The guy kept saying a few more days, next week, etc. and then he just never contacted me. Whatever they're doing, it's either not working real well and they're just not prepared to handle any real orders or they're just lousy businessmen. Let us know if they do send em though.

Hello--I don't really know how to post-- went postal once but back to the topic-- the folks that are Reallegalfeathers.com do not paint the feathers.. I know how it is done but if I told ya you would hafta be shot or sumpthin. I know these people and they are at many powwows singing (Northern)--go by the name Eagle Point-- they are good and gettin better!
All of their feathers I have seen and held, look great and nothing rubs off. ennyway.....Lambee

My dad's business may not be that fast but the quality of the product is guaranteed better than anything else out there. It's just me and my parents working out of our home, so thats why it takes a while sometimes but everyday we are growing and changing and coming up with ways to mass produce these feathers. Soon we will even be able to tell customers a due date of when they can expect the orders to be done. Please be patient with us because there is a high demand right now that we are trying to adjust to. As for the money-back guarantee, we do have one as long as the feathers are sent back in their original condition.
