word songs or straight songs?

do you guys like grooving to some pretty word songs or some good ole straights?

as a singer it really doesn't matter to me because we got some straight we rock and we got some word songs we can rock you know so it just all depends.

I enjoy listening to word songs that I understand in my language, It is always nice to find out what thier saying now and then. But I hate when some groups are so hard to understand. It's really funny I think, becasue I know how it is. listening too one group and then another. But ya the clearer the better.

word songs i like northern cree, the boyz and bear creek, but nuthin gets me jammin like some old school strait singing like high noon , midnite, mandaree!

word songs i think can be really good for expressing how you want to sound for a certain contest catagory....while straights are alot more general.............
