¿Duck n Dive?

so i always see powwow cds for
all kinds of songs

how bout a cd for the best of Duck N Dive~!~!

or

even a cd that has a Duck N Dive on it? ..~>maybe i just havent found it or seen it i dunno

so if u know where i can find a cd with a Duck n Dive on it ~!~!i would like to know :)

I am sure that if you look hard enough you can find some.

I can reference one CD that does have Duck -n- Dive on it. It was called Music of the Nez Perce and it was recorded in the late 60's or early 70's and later released around 1992. It featured 3 old drummers kickin out some old jams, one being the Duck -n- Dive being sang old style. The singers were last surviving members of a drum group from the 1920's.

If you google it you can find it for sale.

Can you imagine a cd with only one song on it.

High Noon sang a grand entry song on one of their cds which is 98% the same as the duck and dive. straight beat.

the complete opposite of the nez perce cd would be midnight express on the gathering of nations chicken dance cd. its the most rock em sock em duck and dive recorded.

high noons songs on the cd are some of my fav.

i never said one song one cd lol thats just krazy however one cd filled with duck n dives that would be my kind of cd~! :)

a WHOLE cd of the Same one song?.......U'll have to excuse me i've only known ONE duck&dive...its completely beyond me why folks are just randomly makin up new ones.

Dude, I heard that one its a real cool Duck -n- Dive. I have been looking for a copy of that on CD. I had it on a cassette tape but it gotten eaten a couple of years ago. Been to lots of powwows looking for it though.

I personally have heard 3 duck n dive songs. These are traditional songs that have not been recently composed. I have been told that they are like the double beat songs of the crow too- youre not supposed to make new ones, just sing the old ones. This is probably why groups dont record them. i wouldnt be a bad idea for some guys from nez perce or crow to record the original ones, im sure there are more than the three i heard. Kinda like the maddog singers- with thier two double beat cds.

thanx~!~ i Keeep trying to buy the Buffallo horse cds but their always just sold out like four powwows now their always sold out must be some good signing but one of these times i will catch em before their sold out!!!

i heard meskwakiNation do a reallly good Duck n Dive but i couldnt find my recorder in time lol

this last weekend i heard Nation doing a duck n Dive but i couldnt find my recorder again i dunno lol i did get one from kingbirds !!Blazing Saddles!!

One of my buddies had the cassette, so I borrowed it and transferred it to CD.
